Sealer protects your investment

Increase the live of your pavers

Sealing your pavements will help protect, clean and maintain its beauty for much longer. Sealing gives your pavers a protective coating, so if you stain it with oil or grease, it is much easier to remove than it would be if your pavers were not sealed.

Sealing your pavers is the best way to maintain that new look of your driveways, patios and walkways. It creates a clear gloss finish, making the color brighter, while repelling grease and oil stains.

Sealing your pavers helps to promote durability, longevity and the overall aesthetic beauty of your paved areas.

The importance of a good base and correct amount of sand

Most paver repairs are due to a base failure.

The base provides the strength for the pavers, and enables them to remain flat over extended periods of time and through harsh weather conditions.

The base materials are usually made out of crushed stone, such as, gravel or limestone. The important characteristic of the base material is that the crushed stones have sharp edges. This will allow the base to compact together better, to form a strong foundation.  If your paver installation has the proper base the odds of failure are slim.

Polymeric Sand

Polymeric sand is best used with new paver installations.

Polymeric sand is a granular material placed between the joints in brick pavers or stone in patios, walkways and driveways. It's primary function is to improve the interlock and therefore the durability and stability of a paved surface.  At BrickPavingRepairs.com we feel this product is best used only for new paver installations.  When completing restorations and repairs we feel sealer is a better option.  Please feel free to ask one of our salesman for more details when you request your free proposal.
